ya, i like intertops, and I dont think they would either, but i do know they are in the buissness of making money ... a bet excahnge would be the way I would go about legalizing sports gambling in america ... make it multi state exchange, put caps on the max amount ... tax it at capital gains, the same way as the stock market, combine it w a online poker room, thats a freaking revenue making goldmine, dumb a55 politicans ... blah
